Whatever your ability or attitude to driving Rachel can deliver top quality lessons consistently. Impeccable time management and a great communicator. She has responded to the pandemic well and I have never felt unsafe whilst driving with her. She always wears a mask. There is hand sanitiser provided before and after. Her car is always spotless and there are temperature checks before entering the vehicle. She is a top choice and one of the best in her field.

Phoebe Murrell Rachel is a great driving instructor, abides by the book and develops you into a safe and competent driver. She is stern yet attentive to the mood of the driver altering her approach when introducing you to new situations. Always asking how much intervention you need or which parts of your driving you would like to focus on for the duration of the lesson. She highlights areas where pervious students have struggled and explains the approach around these areas and what went wrong. Helping you understand as a driver what you need to aware of on the roads and what the examiner is looking for in safety. The key message Rachel promotes is "they're not looking for perfection they're looking for safety".
Emma J Rachel is an absolutely incredible driving instructor. Since 17 I have gone through various driving instructors in Lichfield and they have not taken into account my anxiety or have not taught me in the way Rachel has. She will always respect how you feel and whenever she brings you to new situations she will always slowly and calmly explain it to you. It never feels there is a rush or urgency and she doesn’t put you under pressure. My advice to anyone in Lichfield: if Rachel has no lessons available for numerous months, wait for her. She is the only instructor I have come across who genuinely teaches you to be a driver rather than just passing a test.
